Weekend Retreats for Young Adults in Tomales
Begins on Friday at 4 p.m., ends on Sunday at 2 p.m.

Young Adults: For those between 18 and 35 seeking a lifestyle that fits with their ideals and enables them to make their own unique contribution to the world. In-depth and lively discussions are combined with walks on the local beach, volleyball games, time to catch up on rest, delicious vegetarian meals, and plenty of laughter and relaxation together.

We offer workshops both for newcomers and for returning meditators, specifically tailored to the needs of young adults.

Commuter option: full program including all meals but no accommodation.
