People in the second half of life face their own set of issues.
Do you feel your later years have a higher purpose than society offers?
Do material satisfactions leave you longing for something more?
Do you hope to make a further contribution to life around you?
These retreats teach and support the practice of passage meditation with special application to the concerns of seniors.
These retreats are intended for people of retirement age who have fulfilled responsibilities to family and society and are ready to focus on duty to their highest Self.
The workshops led by his longtime students will present techniques developed by Easwaran for using passage meditation to see more clearly the forces that shape our lives, so as to begin today to create a better future.

If you already practice passage meditation, especially if you have already attended one or more retreats for seniors, you won’t want to miss this opportunity. It will deepen and extend your practice.
If you are of retirement age and new to this method of meditation, the introductory section of this retreat will offer full instruction.
You can use your retirement years to become established in your highest changeless ideals. When you're established in the changeless, aging cannot affect your security or your ability to contribute to life.
Learn how to translate Easwaran’s inspiration for the second half of life into daily practice. We will blend meditation, exercise, lots of ways to use the mantram, selfless activity, and “right recreation” in a relaxed and balanced way – active, selfless, and fulfilled, yet never forgetting our supreme purpose.
Four days of practice will infuse your own life back home with Easwaran’s eight-point program. That’s our goal for every one of us who attends this retreat – to extend and deepen our daily practice.
“I’ve done a lot of coursework in my life, but this – by far – is the most important class I’ve ever taken.”
